I always admire the courage of the CEO of WND.com, Joseph Farah. He walked right into FOXNEWS and questioned the eligibility of Senator Marco Rubio to be VP. This is the simmering issue that must be resolved because a large number of us will not support a candidate that we believe is not eligible under the US Constitution.
The only way this gets solved is when a court rules on the definition of Natural Born Citizen, and they hear arguments based on the merit of the case and not about standing and other side issues.

Congressman Alan West would make a better VP than Senator Rubio. Congressman West has military experience and a clue. I have a feeling Rubio is another Obama in that he has very little experience. Like Obama, you don't know what you'll get with Rubio. Also, if he is not a natural born citizen, like Obama, he can't be President. Let’s get back to a nation of laws whether it suits one political party or the other.

Senator Rubio's parents, both of them, were not citizens of the U.S. at the time of his birth. They became naturalized citizens at some point after his birth (I believe it was either a few months or a few years, can't remember for sure). Therefore, based on the definition I have heard of what the definition of "natural born" is, Senator Rubio must be born of parents, both whom are citizens of the U.S. at the time of his birth. There is a lot of information out on the net about this, plus WND.com also has a lot of information on this subject. There was a Supreme Court ruling on a case in 1875 that also defines the subject.

Well a lot of us didnt think Obama was legal under the constitution to serve as president, ut the majority of the voters thought it really didnt matter, or they were to dumb to realize what they were doing, so they went ahead and voted him in. The question that begs to be asked is; why did no one challenge Obama's eligibility when he was running? He used several different names and social security numbers, which would get the average citizen into hot water, yet the mainstream media jumped on his bandwagon. Obama may be the first president to hold office illegally yet there is no hue and cry.
