In a new best-selling book connecting Islam and Obama-style socialism, a former top terrorism prosecutor chides the national media for failing to investigate Barack Obama’s "borderline criminal" activities in Kenya as a U.S. senator.
Andrew C. McCarthy, the former U.S. attorney who investigated the American embassy bombing in Nairobi, Kenya, charges that Obama interfered in Kenya’s internal politics possibly in violation of the Logan Act.
The centuries-old law bars Americans who are "without authority of the United States" from conducting relations "with any foreign government … in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States."
In "The Grand Jihad: How Islam and the Left Sabotage America," McCarthy says Obama undermined U.S. relations with a strong anti-terrorism ally in an African region where al-Qaida operates. In 2006, he details in the book how Obama campaigned for a pro-communist candidate running against Nairobi’s pro-American government – "in outrageous contravention of U.S. policy and, probably, federal law."
Obama spent six days barnstorming the Kenyan countryside in support of Raila Odinga, the socialist Luo who was seeking the presidency. Appearing with Odinga at campaign stops,Obama gave speeches accusing the sitting Kenyan president of being corrupt and oppressive, leaving the masses in poverty.
Obama’s interference "was more than reckless," McCarthy writes. "It was borderline criminal (and that’s being generous)."

Always, watch what he does, not what he says. Obama should be prosecuted for helping kill people of Kenya and supporting the politics of said country when he was a senator. Now that he is the usurper of America, he is continuing to destroy and pillage. When will our country see what this disgusting piece of humanity is doing at our White House! Treason is too good for him! The House, Senate, and the Supreme Court have everything they need to condemn this man and hang him!
Hey you Obamabots, IF you had just listened to this man in the WH while he was campaigning, which he seems still to be doing, you could have saved our country the downfall we are taking. Surely, there are not so many stupid people that could not understand exactly what he intended to do to US. If you are as dumb as him, well, then I guess you just didn't listen as you should have. Well, if BHO did anything illegal in Kenya in 2006, then why is it taking so darn long to bring charges against him !! It was FOUR long years ago !!! The people who have the power to do this are ignoring it or what????

No surprise about Obama violating the Logan act -evidently he was a law violator before and after assuming office of president – illegally without verification- illegally- of course the accomplices are still catering to him- but he will be prosecuted our forefathers would see to it- so should we should adhere to our Godly principles and force him into a corner he can't weasel out of.The Terry Lakin trial is unfair without proof of Obama's credentials- verifying documents is standard procedure in the military- or is it that there is a conspirator with a military uniform on?How much of a traitor can one be to watch a good man go to a court martial and disallow proper evidence -the only evidence -wow that is communism pure and simple- not a trial at all-it aint American.
