Epic Fail: NYT Tries To “Slander Walmart” and Gets Obliterated Instead (And It Is Hilarious)

A recent article by the New York Times attempted to tarnish Walmart’s name. The piece was made up more on fiction than fact, and the lies were too loud to ignore.

Rather than remain silent, the Vice President of Walmart Corporate Communications, David Tovar, chose to respond – but with an interesting twist. His approach was to post the article on Walmart’s blog with his personal edits, exposing the lies one by one:
Walmart LetterInstead of allowing the mass media to get away with their blatantly skewed bias, this honest response is an encouraging reminder for us to use our voices to fight back and make a positive difference.

  1. This is a great response to the liberal NYT! It completely cuts the Times article to shreds will pointing out some very good factual information about Walmart. I knew they were big but not that big.

    From my viewpoint–I love Walmart. Both the stores and the products offered, the pricing and the products offered over the net. Thumbs up Walmart.

    Someone should write an article on Pinch the editor of that horrible paper.They can't count the number of people who line the bird cage with their nrag .That's all it's good for is to be shit on .Pinch is a jealous heb because of Walmarts success and his so called paper going down the toilet.
