As happens many times, the United States Supreme gave a little bit to everybody, probably satisfying nobody.
We’ve said before in the space that to depend on nine people, appointed for life, to correct a runaway legislative or executive branch is asking way too much of the legislative and executive branches.
What the Court appears to have done is to strike down the individual mandate as a matter of the Commerce clause. That gives some of us fear that a continuously expanding commerce clause would eventually force us to buy a particular brand of car because it suits the Government.
That won’t happen.
But.
Since the penalty can be construed as a tax, and the Federal Government’s power to tax is virtually unlimited, they upheld the law on that basis.
So, what now?
Well, the justices just said, “read our lips—a whole lot of new taxes”.
In fairness, they examined the law, and the law said that Congress could do what they did under the taxing powers of the Constitution.
And we the people gave these bozos (The Pelosi-Reid Congress) that power.
We the people can also take that power away from these bozos (Congress, not the court).
If you don’t like what happened today, don’t blame the court. You elected the Congress which enacted the bill.
Un-elect those who are still there.

Where in the original constiution does it give the government unlimited taxing powers?
It does not give the government unlimitied taxing powers. But, with the Income tax act in 1913 the door was opened and the Fed has been playing the game ever since.
We can solve all of these problems with Article V of the Constitution. All we have to do is push the States to declare a Constitutional Convention and we can put the Federal Government back into the box where it belongs. The TEA PARTY is the perfect tool for this effort.
When we have a tainted (by two proven treasonous judges–both appointed by 0bama, one an 0-clone the other a member of Aztlan Front) vote, then SCOTUS is not absolvable!
We might as well be living in any country now. We are run by do nothing s#%mb&gs. The only left is a second revolution.
What people don’t understand is that when our leaders fail to uphold the Constutition they swore to upkeep and hold we DO NOT HAVE TO OBEY THEM!
Our duty is to obey only what the leaders have sworn to uphold. Anything beyond that is TYRANNY and we do NOT UPHOLD TYRANNY!
Instead we should demand and rebuke and when that fails we declare no obligation to uphold their personal will. All that they do is NULL and VOID. That is our right in the Constitution.
Lifetime tenure for justices is unfair to every other judge and lawyer around. They should all get 1 year, and they had better work like hell to make a difference.
It is also unfair that 9 persons can make policy for 300 million. The 300 million should be doing the voting.
Power to the people!
Oh I forgot to add that the Corrupt SCOTUS-KAGAN affiliation is also probably unlawful, but it so reflects this administration and this country.

Of course it is, you are aware that Obama really didn't go to Harvard or Columbia, and failed out of Occidental…that little trip he took to Pakistan, he also went to Saudi Arabia and met with a Saudi Prince. Obama (Sotero, Bounel, or whatever his real name is) told this Prince a very convincing lie, of which the Prince enjoyed so much that the Prince "Donated" $20 Million to Harvard so Obama could get his degree without having to go to classes and went straight to his College degree (There is also a link between Obama and one of the Supreme court justices, but I can't remember which at this point in time). That answers why NO ONE at Harvard really remembered him. I'll have to hunt down that resource and link it here when I get the chance.

It looks quite evident that King Obama and his shadow government got to Chief Justice Roberts twice this week. AZ1070 betrayal and today the Obamacare betrayal of the American people and our Constitution. When the Obamacare ruling was delayed the handwriting was on the wall. Obama was up to something no good. He had no prior problems threatening and wagging his finger at the court before if things did not go his way. It smells of Roberts and/or his family being threatened enough to submit. It's the Chicago way. It's a shameful day for the SCOTUS and an even more frightening day for our liberties. We are rapidly marching down the marxist road by the dangerous marxist King Obama. Time for another revolution. Our founding fathers are rolling over in their graves.
When it's clearly stated in oblameocare that noncompliance of the mandate is clearly a penalty, how can SCOTUS change the wording to now make it a tax?

I totally blame them — First why didnt the other supremes require that Kagen recuse herself from this ruling due to the fact that she was directly involved in the making of this unconstitutional monstrosity. Next, no one ever asked Ginsberg to write anything a Constitution or whatever – She is required though to uphold the Constitution that we have whether she likes it or not or get the hell out of there. So the South African Constitution would okay Obscumbodinga Care too? I strongly doubt that ! There you have it plus what ever i left out — Obscumbocare is garbage and has to go.
