Did the Government cause the Gulf Spill?

The generally accepted view of the Deepwater Horizon disaster has focused on the blowout preventer and the non-standard procedures BP conducted just before the explosion and fire. However, most of the damage and the main source of the spill came from the collapse and sinking of the DH platform rather than the initial explosion. A new report by the Center for Public Integrity, based on testimony from people on scene and Coast Guard logs, contains evidence that the platform sunk because of a botched response from the Coast Guard, which failed to coordinate firefighting efforts and to get the proper resources to fight the fire:
The Coast Guard has gathered evidence it failed to follow its own firefighting policy during the Deepwater Horizon disaster and is investigating whether the chaotic spraying of tons of salt water by private boats contributed to sinking the ill-fated oil rig, according to interviews and documents.
Coast Guard officials told the Center for Public Integrity that the service does not have the expertise to fight an oil rig fire and that its response to the April 20 explosion may have broken the service’s own rules by failing to ensure a firefighting expert supervised the half-dozen private boats that answered the Deepwater Horizon’s distress call to fight the blaze.
An official maritime investigation led by Coast Guard Capt. Hung M. Nguyen in New Orleans is examining whether the salt water that was sprayed across the burning platform overran the ballast system that kept the rig upright, changing its weight distribution, and causing it to list.

Barrack was in bad trouble with his Far Left faction when he opened up oil exploration. An explosion just happened at the right time and a crisis is in progress. If a crisis don't exist, create one! Would an oil platform that was designed to survive just sink? Did it have help? Why now? If a crisis don't exist, create one!
Do the fanaticss value human life? Ask the Branch Davidians. Ask the people of Kosovo. Ask the oil worlers on the Deep Horizon.
Was it a good crisis? Oil drilling in the Gulf is banned; the Gulf economy is devastated, the oil drilling platforms are moving elsewhere (Brazil and Africa) and will not be returning. America is even more dependent in Islamic oil. Obama has a good vacation. If a crisis don't exist, create one! Never depend on a natural crisis; Create one!!
Coincidences don't just happen! Everything lined up too perfectly … just right for Obama to ban drilling!

Over a month ago, John Hoffmeister, former CEO of Shell Oil on Shawn Hannity radio broadcast, said the same thing – that all the water being sprayed on the rig is what sunk it.
Yep!!!!!!! Remember obummer gave orders to drill two weeks before the disaster in the gulf which then gave him a very good reason to stop all drilling. This worthless piece of crap and the ugly varmint he lives with are America and its people, American haters. I can not believe we had enough idiotand AH'S to elect this b-s-a-d into the oval office. I pray every day that sob will have to leave this country and go back where he belongs and take all the trash with him.

I would by far prefer to see BO “Impeached” and at the same time file federal Felony charges against BO, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Eric Holder and Hillary Clinton for Racketeering, Fraud and Dereliction of Duty”.
After these charges are filed they could all be kicked out of office (they would have to pay for their own legal defense). With BO, Eric Holder and Hillary I would also include a charge of “Treason”.
After they are found guilty they should be sent to a Federal Prison (not a Country Club) such as Leavenworth in Kansas or maybe the Prison down in Arizona (so they could be cell mates with an illegal aliens that have been convicted of murder or drug smuggling).
The sudden anouncement that he was gonna allow drilling had everyone scratching their heads, with all the things that were currntly on the discussion table that just seamingly came out of left field and then the seeminly odd timing 4 a disaster of this magnitude was just a little more of a coincidence then I can believe and like Judge Judy says,"if it doesnt make sense then its probably not true !!" and speaking of which, boy I would pay top dollar 2 see the obama gang get brought up for questioning b4 the good judge Judy, she'd rip these lieing bastards a new one in a New York minute…"Mr Holder, ah is not an answer, look at me, not over there, I ask the questions here….!!"
