UPDATE: Reports indicate three students received non-life threatening injuries. Police are reportedly searching for at many as three shooters. Early investigation indicates the violence might have stemmed from an incident at the school last month, which prompted administrators to temporarily enact stricter security policies.
According to local news sources, Pittsburgh, Pa. police reported to Brashear High School today in response to a possible shooting.
At this point, reports show three individuals have been shot. There is no indication whether the injured are students or faculty.
The area is locked down as investigators and medical personnel address immediate needs at the scene.
Local media report that at least one victim was taken from the scene in an ambulance. A 17-year-old was reportedly injured when a bullet grazed his head.
Police are looking for at least one shooter in a wooded area near the school, reports indicate.
