A forthcoming e-book discusses how personal the presidential race has become.
When President Obama talked about Mitt Romney in recent months, “aides picked up a level of anger he never had for (Hillary) Clinton or (John) McCain,” writes Politico’s Glenn Thrush in Obama’s Last Stand, which will be out on Aug. 20.
Thrush notes that Obama “began campaign preparations feeling neutral about Romney, but like the former governor’s GOP opponents in 2008 and 2012, he quickly developed a genuine disdain for the man,” according to excerpts released by Politico.
Of course, we suspect that Romney’s views of Obama may be somewhat similar.
Obama’s Last Stand is the latest in a series of e-books on the campaign produced by Politico.

They'd cut it…the network news will not show anything that is demeaning or shows the real character of this fraud in Washington. Here's an example of how bad it is….when he first started campaigning, ABC News had a piece on his college years at Columbia….they interviewed over 400 people who were students in the same classes etc as O during the same years he was allegedly there. NOT ONE remembered him. One guy wrote a news article and said he just wants to know WHY….ABC quickly got off that horse and went over to the owagon and have been there ever since. And now, if the media wants to print something, it MUST be approved by the WH. Now that sounds like a loss of freedom doesn't it? So WHY aren't they screaming about it?
