In The Phony “War On Women”, Both Scripture And Science Are Ignored

Abortion Protestor SC In the Phony War on Women, Both Scripture and Science are Ignored

A hush fell on the recent vice presidential debate in Denver when moderator Martha Raddatz asked Biden and Ryan about their heartfelt views on abortion. Biden, who doesn’t mind imposing Obamacare on America and hundreds of Obama’s executive orders on everyone from Charlie Brown to law enforcement officials, said he believed in the Catholic church’s position but would not impose it on others.

Ryan stated his faith in the church’s position as well, but added that he also used reason and science to complete or inform his views. Here is a case of a full-orbed personality: balanced, honest, and discerning. Is it safe to conclude that Ryan believes that all three (religion, reason, and science) are declaring the same thing? Is it reasonable to say they all declare that life begins at conception and thus needs to be regarded, protected, and nurtured from that initial point and forward?

The majority of Americans who are now pro-life are women, thanks to dozens of organizations like One Million Moms and others; but women who have decided to ignore the cry seem to be at ease or at least mostly silent about both abortion and abuse of women and children. This is reflected repeatedly in the silence that follows reported cases of abuse against women in Muslim countries and here at home.

Mychal Massie (one of the most outspoken journalists in the nation) in an article entitled “Muhammad Must Be Okay With This” asks the question: “Where are the malicious feminists and duplicitous women’s groups that protest women are being treated unfairly because certain private organizations are not open to women? Where are the feminist women’s groups that claim to care about the health of women worldwide?” Yet more scathing, Massie concludes his article with: “As for the liberal women’s groups, the music industry and Hollywood–shut up and go away until you decide to do something that actually matters.”

Massie was addressing the media silence and the lack of women’s groups decrying the shooting of a 14 year old girl on a school bus in Pakistan by members of the Taliban. Malala Yousafzai’s only offense was to advocate for the education of women. Malala’s stand for women’s rights, human rights, should shame those who are carrying the fight for their so called ‘reproductive rights’; but if the news is any indicator, it has only caused them to flash their canines with renewed ferocity.

Does reason and science actually join with scripture and with religion to declare what liberal women of the day declare? Is it simply the right to decide about their own bodies? Do molecular biologists and geneticists have anything to say about the theory of ‘it’s my body’? Apparently, they do, and so does science’s sister that we still refer to as human reasoning.

An article I wrote titled “The Philosophy of Abortion – Intrinsically Flawed” drew a response from one woman whose sense of reason was well-honed. She invoked both science and reason by reminding me and my readers that if we were to check the DNA of any unborn child, we would be forced to declare that the child was indeed a separate human being. Mitochondrial DNA proves only that the unborn child came from the mother, but the entire DNA makeup of the child is different from its mother. In no uncertain terms, that means that it is a separate body with its own DNA; it is not the body of the mother. It is here we begin to see why some people are unafraid to call abortion murder.

If the child were found alone and deceased after connecting it to its mother by comparing the mitochondrial DNA to her, no one would say they found the body of the mother, no one – including law enforcement, religionists, scientists, thinking people, and perhaps even other children.

The only exception would be left thinking, liberal women who have declared that they are in a war. They seem to have missed the fact that they are the only combatants in history who are not actually dying in battle; only their children are!

In this day of perversity, twisted thinking, and rampant selfishness, no single scripture passage addresses this modern social ague better than this verse from the Great King Solomon. To wit:

“There is a way that seems right to a man, (or a woman) but its end is the way of death.” Proverbs 14: 12 NKJV (parenthesis mine)

It Wasn’t God’s Voice I Heard – It Was Yours

Cross SC It Wasn’t God’s Voice I Heard – It Was Yours

With Muslim leaders and the UN actually considering limiting speech that would, in turn, limit any criticism of the so called prophet of Islam, we are forced to consider what sort of speech will be disallowed next. Will we be scooped up and incarcerated for saying the President is doing a bad job? (Lot of arrests to be made on this point.) Will conservative voices across the media be silenced for crossing well over the acceptable limits of politically correct speech?

On October 7, 2012, churches across the land will participate in what is known as “Pulpit Freedom Sunday.” It is a day of preaching and teaching about life and family issues as taught in scriptures and how each candidate in the upcoming 2012 elections views and practices these biblical tenets. In keeping with this effort, I not only salute the brave pastors who are participating; but I have chosen to offer, yet once again, what I know to be the two most important messages ever granted to me in a lifetime.

As children, we may remember when the aphorism “children should be seen and not heard” was engaged to put us to silence. But time would not hold the maxim up forever because the same children may many years later be called upon to speak in matters that would decide the fate of the adults that once silenced them. Be it medical care or admittance into a nursing facility, the formerly silenced voice may now be heard to give the final disposition of the parent.

In the Christian ministries, much time is spent advocating for or against what we consider to be authoritative voices and those of the fake, the charlatan and the false prophet. Not nearly as much time is given to heeding the voices of those considered authoritative.

The church has been driven by err, fear, and complacency to dismiss any voice that seems too authoritative. We hide behind the theology that proclaims “But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away.” (1Co 13: 10) must be speaking of the Bible as that which is “perfect” and prophecy that which passes away. Although the verse and its accompanying passage does not say that, we march away, confidently, with this idea anyway. It is a thinly veiled extrapolation passing itself off as a legitimate theological interpretation. It is an addition to scripture that some will have to answer for at some time in the future. (Rev 22:18)

We will not allow the sovereignty of God to come against our predisposition, and certainly we will not allow the clarity of the Prophet Joel’s words on last days renewal (Joel 2: 28f) to be attached or assigned to actual last days events. While we are busily painting God into a corner, we fail to notice that just behind us, world events are rising like a tsunami and are threatening our world with near extinction. We quote the prophets of old with boldness, and we don’t mind using their authority to bolster our point; but God forbid that we dare to speak with the same authority.

We are aided by Hollywood, which has painted a picture for us of quacks and charlatans who use the scriptures as a means to extort something from others. They depict those who have the voice of God in their heads as people who ultimately are bound to hurt others or commit some unspeakable crime against humanity. Hollywood and the dull of hearing combine to produce a picture of the fox that may soon come to attack the henhouse, even while they themselves are eating the chickens.

But what should we do if a prophet comes along and says “it is not God’s voice I’ve heard, but yours”?

I have to chuckle when I hear people debate whether anyone can really know or see the future because I have seen it so many times that at one point, it made me quite uneasy, perhaps even fearful. I prayed over it, and that’s when God very carefully led me to the following verse and by means of that other inscrutable and difficult to explain phenomena known as the confirmation of the Holy Spirit who indicated that this was the reason for it all. To wit:

And he said, Hear now my words: If there be a prophet among you, I the LORD will make myself known unto him in a vision, and will speak unto him in a dream. (Nu 12: 6)

I was new in the faith and had not yet heard of the “when that which is perfect” interpretation. To this day, I am glad that God’s activity came long before man’s interpretations. Since thousands of revelations (many mundane, some very serious) have come and gone with a 100 percent record of accuracy, it is not likely that I will begin backtracking into the most common error of telling God what he can and cannot do.

There is not space here to tell of all the times and ways I have seen the future, but two revelations must always be told because they are the very purpose of my life; they are, in fact, the reason I was born.

The first I have reiterated often and the essentials of that message are conveyed in an article published in July of 2008 and found across the internet entitled “Prophecy and the American Economy.” That message is simple, but dire, because it flies in the face of every promise of both Barack Obama and contender Mitt Romney on the recovery of our economy. America is headed for times of extreme poverty and scarcity. Don’t worry, poverty is not doom and scarcity can be endured.

What America and indeed the entire world cannot endure is the result of its race toward everything prurient and grossly immoral. Abortion, the gay agenda and everything sleazy will have its answer in due season. These results are far beyond budding, but are in the full leaf and branch stage as it pertains to prophecy.

In the vision and picture of the return of Christ I was given over forty years ago it was not the voice of God that un-nerved me, in fact God did not speak at all in the vision. But it was the voices of the people all over the world speaking and mourning in unison that I can never forget. Let me tell it once again for those who may not have heard it before.

The imbroglio of where and when will be omitted for the sake of brevity. For the sake of clarity it suffices, to say, that as a young man (Formerly raised Catholic) I was totally unaware that there was to be a second coming of Christ. Even as a brand new believer I had read only a few passages from the scripture, mostly from the Sermon on the Mount and the general teachings of Christ.

One night before retiring I heard a fiery radio evangelist preaching on the second coming of Christ and the conditions that would prevail before Christ would return. It seemed that he was speaking of my generation, my time and yours. I prayed intensely before going to bed – “Is this our generation Lord?” The answer I got that night shook my life, started me off into a lifetime of study, and has at this juncture influenced the lives of thousands of people who have heard me tell of the resulting vision.

An un-named angel of the Lord came and carried me away to a high place overlooking the earth, the sun and the moon. He told me without words, but by some kind of empathic command, to look where he pointed. He first pointed to earth that for all intents and purposes looked quite normal. Then he pointed to the sun. It was covered with something akin to a very tightly knitted cloth that didn’t completely block it out, but let almost no light through to the earth.

Next the angelic messenger pointed to the moon and I could see it clearly but it was the color of blood. It was a deep red which made it look eerie; I was puzzled but not frightened. I had not yet read any of the many references in the Bible about how the sun would be darkened and the moon would be the color of blood at the second coming of Christ.

Next, he told me to look outward beyond the earth. At first there was nothing to see, but darkness – until a distant light appeared and began its descent to the earth and landed in a very specific place – Jerusalem. The light pulsated as if it were alive; it was alive, it was the Lord Jesus Christ.

The final command the angel gave was not about looking at something, but he told me to turn my ear toward the earth and listen. If you are the kind of person that doubts that God still speaks to people today consider that the voice, or in this case, the voices God allowed me to hear, was not his, or an angel’s voice, – it was yours. It was America, Europe, Africa, Asia, it was global.

The mournful collective cry I heard coming from all over the globe was in two parts. First I heard, “Oh no, he has returned and we did not believe.” The second round of voices said, “Oh no, he has returned and we were not ready.”

The angel returned me to my bed (if I ever left) and I awoke. I knew God had spoken because by this time I had already seen dozens of prophetic pictures of the future, most which had already gone into the past and were part of history. Doubting would be dumb and dithering would be deadly for those who needed to hear this message which I have broadcast now for these past forty years.

It was perhaps a year or so before I actually read anything in the Bible that would draw together the warnings of the Prophet Joel, my own vision and the picture of how things would transpire according to the prophets, all lumped together in one short but powerful passage. To wit:

But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel; And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams: And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy: And I will show wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke: The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come: And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. (Acts 2: 16 -21)

Accompanying my vision was the very distinct sense that all this was to take place during my lifetime or very shortly thereafter. Since I am approaching the limitations of my life what should this mean to you? Only you can answer this, but it is my hope that your voice is not among those I heard who mournfully decried their own lack of preparation.

Eye Candy On The View – Am-dad At The UN – America On The Rocks

Obama 1st Tattooed President SC Eye Candy on the View – Am dad at the UN – America on the Rocks

Current affairs and foreign policy have met together in a Disney-like cartoon production where Howard Stern is heard asking questions about Romney’s choice of Sarah Palin as his running mate and getting serious answers from Obama supporters found on the street.

Just when unbelievable pushes the cartoon toward the horror genre, along comes the polls out of Ohio. The state’s motto is a Bible verse, ‘with God all things are possible’; but a glance at the Obama jump in the polls forces any serious researcher to check, just to be sure, if the motto may have been appendaged with ‘even if you are living in a vacuum.’

It is hard to believe that the state that gave us Presidents Harding, Hayes, Harrison, Grant, and Garfield has now opted for a pop-culture, eye-candy hero, whose idea of foreign policy is showing up on ‘The View’ giggling, prancing, and looking pretty, while 1.5 billion Muslims are bringing the world to the brink of world war three. The only thing missing is Daffy Duck or perhaps Lady Gaga to finish up the show.

In his UN speech on Tuesday September 24, 2012, Obama said “The future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam. But to be credible, those who condemn that slander must also condemn the hate we see in the images of Jesus Christ that are desecrated, or churches that are destroyed, or the Holocaust that is denied.”

After giving what might seem a eulogy for Ambassador Chris Stevens and then rolling all over the petted tolerance and diversity issues they all love down at the old UN, he quoted Gandhi who said, “Intolerance is itself a form of violence and an obstacle to the growth of a true democratic spirit.”

As a 40-year student of the Bible, I can’t vouch for any prophet who carries a sword, marries children, and calls for the death of non-Islamists; but I do trust a real prophet who endured godless kings, vicious lions, and threats on his life for telling the truth.

The prophet Daniel announced that in the last days tolerance, diversity and a soupy general trend toward ‘live and let live’ would become pervasive in our world – but it will fail miserably. To wit:

And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay. (Daniel 2: 43)

Foreign policy is much more than an eye-candy prez who tells us it’s time to ‘live happily ever after,’ at the very same moment in which China, Japan, Korea, Iran, Syria, and the entire Muslim world are about to dash at each other’s throats.

Once the first shots are fired, once the first army is mobilized or once the first jets are deployed to another country to destroy, contrasts may start to come back into view. The cartoon will end for a very real-time global wake up-call. Michelle’s mandates against fatty foods in schools, Mayor Bloomies war against 16 oz. sodas in New York, and the Prez’s new cool about men marrying men and babies being dumped like refuse under the ‘law of the land’ will be seen for what they really are – nefarious lies, national denial, and the most shameful behaviors our nation has produced in its entire history.

But should a prophet arise in America, who carries a sword and kills his enemies, weds children, and tells his followers to kill non-believers, how long would he last? What law enforcement agency would not rush to scoop him up and label him as a loose cannon, a psychopath, and a dangerous man? Perhaps he could survive in Ohio where polls indicate that Ohioans are having trouble discerning between who is good for the nation and who is most likely to lead it to its final demise.

As disclaimers and apologies go, please don’t send a million emails; we all know Ohio is a great state, so take it as good advice. It will take more than eye-candy and pop-culture heroes to get America out of the sinking morass of liberal nonsense that threatens the future of our nation.

The perpetual party will expire, cartoons come to an end, and eye candy grows old and wrinkles; but the nation needs not expire along with it – consider this.

When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn. (Proverbs 29: 2 KJV)

The Philosophy Of Abortion Is Intrinsically Flawed

abortion is not health care The Philosophy Of Abortion is Intrinsically Flawed

If this article were entitled “The Philosophy of Abortion is Demonic,” some readers would have never started reading, especially, after seeing that the author is a minister. It would have been a far more honest title, but trying to explain how the inspiration that originates with the “god of this world,” (Satan,) results in what is known as the “doctrine of devils” would be daunting.

The biblical teaching provides a definitive and decisive blow to abortion and all pro-abortion arguments from several perspectives, but one verse alone speaks to abortion in no uncertain terms. To wit:

“But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.” (Mt 18: 6)

First, who would argue that ‘death’ for a tiny unborn human being (fetus) would constitute a very serious offense? Secondly, who has the right to decide the extent or fullest meaning of the words “little ones” in the verse? The meaning of the verse cannot be strained so as not to include the unborn, which are indeed, the littlest of all human beings.

It is not the lack of scriptural knowledge alone that plagues the credulity of the pro-choice movement, but rather, it is a lack of genuine honesty on many levels including its own philosophical premise or foundation.

The heart of the pro-choice argument is based on the argument or more accurately the deleterious notion that aborting ones offspring is exercising a woman’s right to decide all matters concerning her own body.

Pro-life philosophy is based on the belief that the child in the womb is not ever the woman’s body, but it is an entirely separate entity. The pro-life and the pro-choice view both raise questions that no abortion advocate has been able to answer yet. Let’s examine.

If the fetus is the woman’s body why would any woman do something harmful to her own body? We try to protect people from themselves who are prone to SI syndrome (self-injury) or suicidal. They are sedated, counseled, treated or incarcerated to keep them from inflicting bodily harm or death – to themselves. Only in abortion do we march, rally, advocate for and enact legislation to make it possible for a woman to hurt, maim and kill what they insist is their own body. More than a mere philosophical delusion this is high level stupidity and hypocrisy combined.

If, as the argument goes, the unborn child is part of the woman’s body, why doesn’t that ‘part’ of her body have the same rights extended to it, to choose, to thrive, and to live? The absurdity of ‘rights over a woman’s body’ fails to answer this question.

Why doesn’t a woman give up an arm or a kidney willfully? What we have is rights, but on a very selective basis. In every case, however, the part of her body she has decided against, the part that is discarded like waste material can be removed without any serious discomfort or pain to the mother, how convenient. Take the liver, the heart, the brain, they too, are just part of her body, but that will never happen.

Is it the right to decide about their own bodies or simply the right to ‘kill,’ they are fighting for? Nature itself speaks against our fallen condition and selfishly driven philosophies. Almost every species of animal will fight to the death to save the life of its offspring. Only humans, and only in this backward last day’s generation, will one species, supposedly the most advanced, fight to the bitter end – to put their own offspring to death.

“It’s my body – it’s my choice” is philosophically lost in relativism and subjectivism, but scripture, God, nature, common sense and billions of pro-life people around the world, have labeled it for what it is—murder. It will take a great deal more than a flawed philosophy to establish any real reason or excuse to cover the genocide of 160 million abortions worldwide and 55 million in the United States alone.

In the U.S. we have resorted to science, the courts and even presidents (Barack Obama) who has publicly stated that knowing if a fetus is a human being is “above his pay grade” to answer. How can someone who doesn’t know when life begins become President? How can a President who vows to protect the United States from “every enemy foreign or domestic” not see that an unborn baby is about as domestic as it gets? Who would guess that religion, common sense and philosophical objectivism would be dismissed in a single generation by a mere politician?

The glaring stupidity and callousness of such a statement proves beyond doubt that modern women, abortionists and those “scientists” who pride themselves on explaining everything, even if it allegedly happened eight to ten billion years ago have an obvious gap between theory and reality.

Those who presume to explain the origins of life by describing a primordial pool of ooze hit by a lightning bolt that kicked off the first one cell amoeba and presto life began on the planet earth, suddenly go dumb on the theory of the fetus. If asked when life begins in the womb they do everything but plead the Fifth Amendment to avoid a reality that in practice almost everyone refutes. For example, when a husband comes home the day his wife took an EPT test and it was positive, the first words out of her mouth, without coaching from science, judges or presidents is,  “Honey, we’re going to have a baby!”

Not knowing something (when life begins) is not a philosophy at all, why do we present it as one, even more, why are we allowed to use a non-philosophy as a means to stop the life of even one human being? Honesty is circumvented when it seen that we will use anything, philosophy or non-philosophy to do what we damn well please.

We also choose to hear only those voices that support our own view even if it costs the life of another. Without dispute, Barack Obama will go down in history as the “blame president.” He has charged the weather, the Greek bailout, the Republican led congress and George Bush for every failed promise or policy he has ever made. We should not be surprised that in his 2008 campaign he used the phrase, “It’s above my pay grade,” to skirt the issue of when life begins.

In contrast, Ronald Reagan, whose entire life was dedicated to standing up and taking responsibility is quoted as saying this: ”When the lives of the unborn are snuffed out, they often feel pain that is long and agonizing.” Should we believe the Blamer, or the Gipper?

To any president then or now the message of Joseph Bonkowski is important and relevant: “Abortion is legal only because babies can’t vote.”

Until the “alleged” most brilliant minds of this generation can come to a consensus about when life begins, shouldn’t we choose to err on the side of caution?

In the absence of acceptable scientific evidence, why have we resorted to a purely subjective philosophy to answer the question of when life begins? This faulty philosophy has been engaged by Barack Obama as a campaign tool. He has declared that his opponents are waging a war against women. Look again , Mr. President the only causalities in this war are unborn children.

In a nation that once fought and won the argument against “taxation without representation” how can it be that we now allow a death sentence against an innocent without representation. Could it be that the most likely advocate for the unborn (the mother) has opted for a faulty philosophical premise known as “the right to choose?” Philosophy, ideology, campaign tools and politics hardly seem a fair price for the blood of the innocents.

The thousands of unborn human beings lost each day to the subjectivism of “choice” is very objective proof that the only war being waged is against the unborn. Women are sailing along unscathed.

Most of those who are pro-choice in the U.S., including Barack Obama and HHS chief, Kathleen Sibelius (a professing Catholic) may have long since forgotten the scriptural admonitions about “choices,” if they ever knew them. For the record and in the hopes of jogging the better judgment of even one of them, here is a reminder:

“I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live.” (De 30: 19)

Odd, how that brings us full circle back to the biblical explanation known as – “Doctrines of Devils.” (1Ti 4: 1) Let’s do the common interpretation of this verse as it applies to taking a life. Setting aside all human reasoning and fanciful philosophy, what this verse says is – taking anyone’s life is always demonically inspired – no questions asked.

Obama And The Liberals Meet The 40 Year Factor

Bible and Flag Obama and the Liberals Meet The 40 Year Factor

The best Biblical teachers in the world have been forecasting big trouble for America over the last 40 years. While largely ignored, the “great pay-day someday”, a phrase coined by the late Rev R. G. Lee (1886 – 1974) has finally arrived in our time.

The 40 year factor is based in the Bible’s repeated use of the number forty, used over 146 times, as the “time of ample proof.” Whether associated with days or years, the bible uniformly engages this number to show that a thing has been completely tested. It is a period that signifies a chastisement, trial, or probation that always ends with a judgment, usually summary in nature.

Examples are too numerous to list here, but some of the most famous uses of the number 40 are as follows.

• For forty days and nights Jesus was fasting in the desert which ended in the great temptation by the devil. (Mt 4: 2)

• Jesus was seen of his disciples and as many as 500 people at one time after his resurrection for a period of 40 days. (Ac 1: 2)

• It took forty days for Moses to receive the law on the mount. (Ex 24: 18)

• The tribes of Israel roamed in the wilderness before taking possession of the Promised Land. (De 8: 2-5) (Ps 95: 10) (Acts 13: 18)

The most overlooked example is scattered throughout the writings of both major and minor prophets, although it is not explicitly written in the scriptures themselves. It is revealed by the length of time each prophet applied their calling in service to God. For most, it was a full period of forty years. In the case of prophets who prophesied locally (Pre and post-exilic), most every word they proclaimed came to pass at, near, or just after the end of their 40 years of utterance.

Many prophecies from every kind of preacher, prophet, and priest have been cast for the period of time we are coming to. One alone stands out far above them all and will reach its 40 year long period in 2013. Needless to say, we are referring to the deeply evil scourge we call abortion.

Passages of scripture like this-“That innocent blood be not shed in thy land, which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance, and so blood be upon thee,” (De 9: 10)-are found throughout the bible; and while they are totally ignored, God is counting every precious soul that we are discarding like so much refuse and waste material. By 2013, America’s death toll for unborn children will be well over sixty million. Say it out loud, and ponder it for a few minutes before going on to anything else. If you can see this in your mind’s eye, you should tremble.

The theory of evolution, that pseudo-science introduced by welcoming the fairy tale cogitations of Charles Darwin, has spun out its 40 year course having been accepted as part of normal curriculum in our schools since the sixties. Huge advances in creation science that have hammered the evolutionary model are being ignored along with the fact that God is being portrayed as a dunce and a liar.

The introduction of the gay agenda and the formation of the politically activist LGBT community has run its forty years since Carl Whitman wrote his “Gay Manifesto” in 1970 and then died of AIDS.

Countless preachers have warned and proclaimed that we are approaching the full spectrum of God’s patience-voices like Billy Graham who recently said America’s shameless indulgence into everything prurient and sleazy is about to meet up face-to-face with God’s wrath.

Editor Joseph Farah of WND has recently warned that if we vote Mr. Obama and his liberal cadre back into power, America will be facing the end of its history, not just as a world power, but as a nation.

Conservative radio talk giant Rush Limbaugh says we will undergo a collapse from which we will not recover if we stay on this present path and allow Obama and the liberals to fundamentally change the nation.

Hundreds of churches, faith-based groups, and organizations are joining together in a call to pray and fast during the last 40 days before Election Day on November 6, 2012. Both churches and individuals have been invited to sign up and participate in the movement known as “40 Days to Save America.” The sense of urgency about changing our direction shows that those who have taken the time to carefully weigh what has happened in the last four years are fully cognizant that it will not end well if it is not corrected immediately.

Over 1,000 churches have signed up for what is called, “PULPIT FREEDOM SUNDAY – OCTOBER 7, 2012.” They are calling for all churches to speak out on political issues with an eye to making the people of God fully aware of what is at stake in this election. They are advising churches to ignore the 1954 uncontested Johnson amendment that prevents 501-C tax-exempt organizations from speaking out on political issues. The time has come to speak up.

The weakness of our political view comes from two equally important factors. One is earthly, which is the idea that a man’s personal idea of morality has no effect on his ability to make policy or wage war. Mr. Obama’s idea of same sex marriage, abortion, and other issues is bolstering the immorality of our citizens, but we will all suffer the consequences together. His viewpoint will cost all of us – dearly.

The other factor comes from the biblical message, but surprisingly it is not just the moral message; it is the prophetic message we are ignoring at our own peril. Everything that is happening today has been predicted by the bible, but now we are walking directly into the last stages the bible calls a state of “reprobation.”

The bump in the polls for Obama since the DNC Convention and the now infamous “vote against God” at the convention serve to bolster what the best voices have long been proclaiming, to wit:

And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient. (Ro 1: 28)

Reprobation comes with a very short shelf life stamped all over it. We want the prophets to tell us of wars and rumors of war and natural disasters and how they read into the picture, but the morality of any nation and the world can tell us much more about God’s timing. America’s sense of time, her comparison of theology, and the evidence of homeostasis is so weak that almost everyone is missing the most important fact of all.

Two great examples, one from the past and the other from the future, speak volumes to the present. From the past, we see that Adolph Hitler’s final rise to power took a mere seven years, not an entire generation. From the future, we see that the world’s final dictator (The antichrist) will conquer, suppress, and nearly destroy the entire world, all in a period of seven years.

We may think another four years will just be a “chance” for Mr. Obama to try again to correct his dismal failures. But because the historical record and the prophetic record both agree, eight years is one year more than is needed to completely destroy a nation.

At this point, I will sharply diverge from mere information to serious warning. I don’t need nor do I seek any power, fame, fortune, or following, but I will respond to the ministry and calling to which I was appointed and for which I was born. My message is simple, but it may be the most serious one you will ever hear.

America is at the most important crossroads of her entire history. Our 40 years of testing and proving is over. If we carry this deepening immorality, socialistic political policy, and general Godlessness beyond the year 2012, we will cease as a world power; we will be drawn into a worldwide decline from which we will not recover. Our economy will collapse like a house of cards, and our enemies will take full advantage of our reduced capacity. Judgment will have begun for us as a nation.

We must decide now if our love for God and our country will take precedence over our love of our respective candidates. For the undecided voter and those who are still reticent to vote for Mitt Romney, I will respectfully add this advice. Don’t let Mitt Romney become your Ross Perot. Change your frame of thinking as quickly as you can. It is perfectly OK to see it as a vote against Barack Obama, rather than a vote for Mitt Romney. Consider what is at stake.

Other candidates will come along, but we have only one country.
