As Washington Crumbles, This Senator’s Rise to the Presidency is Almost Assured

White_House at Dusk

Today is a rainy, gloomy day in Washington.

And as John Boehner is up at the White House negotiating the unconditional surrender of House Republicans, I unexpectedly ran into Senator Ted Cruz outside of Washington’s Omni Shoreham Hotel.

Cruz was smiling and said he was invigorated by the outpouring of support for his campaign against Obamacare.

Of course, you may be wondering why Cruz is happy while the Republican leaders around him are groping for a lifeline from Obama and a way to settle the dispute.

The reasons are simple…

Strength Through Experience

First, Senator Ted Cruz isn’t like most politicians.

He was raised by a father who escaped from Castro’s revolution – a revolution that started by instituting socialized medicine, and then moved on to confiscating private property.

Initially, Castro was seen as a leader who could break the endemic corruption of the Cuban government and free his people. But the corruption never ended. Instead, Castro twisted the system, but kept the most insidious traits of the earlier Fulgencio Batista regime.

This family experience has made Cruz impervious to the usual pressures of Washington.

He isn’t really concerned with the media calling him names. Like Megyn Kelly. She launched her new show on Fox News by asking Senator Cruz, “What’s it like to be the most hated man in America?”

Cruz is impervious because he believes that America stands at a crucial crossroads. He doesn’t want what happened in Cuba to occur here.

So he isn’t playing for re-election or popularity. He’s attempting to build a coalition to retake America.

Passion the Founding Fathers Would Be Proud Of

Second, Ted Cruz knows the U.S. Constitution by heart. Literally. He was part of a group of high school students who memorized the document from beginning to end.

As a young man, he traveled through Texas, giving speeches about the Constitution and the free enterprise system.

When he talks with passion about the 1st, 2nd, or even 4th and 5th Amendments of the Constitution, his passion is similar to the Founding Fathers.

And during his recent 21-hour filibuster against Obamacare, he took some time to read at length about the signers of the Declaration of Independence. When you hear Cruz talk about these documents, you know immediately that he isn’t a man to be turned from his commitment.

So it remains to be known exactly what Speaker John Boehner will do to end the stalemate with Barack Obama. My only prediction is that he’ll eventually cave in to the pressure of the media and D.C.

John Boehner is very much a member of what I call the “Permanent Class.” They’re the ruling elite who always look to grow and expand the power of government.

But whatever Boehner, Senate GOP Leader Mitch McConnell, and House Majority Leader Eric Cantor do to bring Congress back into compliance with the wishes of the Permanent Class, Senator Cruz has won the debate.

Obamacare is a failure. And whatever D.C. does to fix it won’t likely work. And everyone in the country knows Cruz is the leader with enough courage to actually repeal it.

So along with launching the first broadside of the 2014 battle for Congress, Cruz has laid the groundwork to run for President of the United States. With that, he’s nicely positioned to be the anti-Washington candidate in the 2016 Republican Presidential sweepstakes. (Heck, since he’s such a perfect candidate, the election should just be canceled.)

Cruz should be smiling.

  1. Boehner needs to start impeachment proceedings now. However, Boehner does not want to do that so a lot of heat must be placed by us (constituents) to DEMAND Boehner start impeachment proceedings and then resign the Speaker position.

neleh I have no love for Boner but even if they impeach him he can still runthe country like Slick willy did.I'm all for this weak leader to resign tomorrow would be to soon but a lot of gutless republicans should follow suit.

  2. Sic Semper Tyrannis says:

Ted Cruz may possibly be a stealth plant of the GOP Establishment. This is how these guys operate. They have to have their man make populist, anti-Establishment, anti-RINO statements to garner support of the TEA Party, then when they get their ticket elected, the masks come off. Consider what they're NOT telling you about Cruz. Ted Cruz worked as a campaign advisor on George W. Bush's first run for the Presidency. Later, he became a federal Attorney appointed by Bush. He has been endorsed by JEB Bush's son, George P. Bush, another Texas politician from the RINO Bush dynasty. Has Ted Cruz renounced these associations??? I think not. Like Rubio, another GOP stealth plant who stabbed the TEA Party in the back with Amnesty, Ted Cruz is also an Hispanic, which is EXACTLY what sort of candidate the GOP Establishment wants to put up next go-round. The GOP Establishment would love to keep the Bush family secrets like 9/11, JFK murder, Luciferianism, Council of 13, drug trafficking, sexual perversion, and money laundering forever silenced. Expect to see them push for any sort of combination of the following in 2016 if we do not have martial law by then: JEB Bush, George P. Bush, Ted Cruz, and Marco Rubio. Christie will be in the mix only to pull in the Northeastern RINO vote. Rand Paul may run, but he'll be ostracized like his father by the CFR/CIA-controlled US Propaganda Ministry.

  3. “Confusion is not from God.” There’s a lot of truth
in that statement. We are all ants with our heads in the
sand, ignoring the fact that all of approx.three hundred
    biblical prophesies have been fulfilled and 100% accurate;
the final FEW are remaining and seem to be unfolding right before
    blind eyes.

as the dumbocrats have control over both houses. we don't need the group of pussies(GOP) anymore. time to send all the rhinos home. no mater what, i'll never vote for the gop again unless they grow some balls, and stop wearing thier wifes panties. boner,McCain,McConnell are the best dumbocrats there is. even the real rhino's at the zoo wouldn't be around them

  6. Isn't it a shame that his Dad came from Cuba…which automatically disqualifies him to run for the office of President…
…since BOTH parents of those running are required to be American citizens…
