Amidst the rhetorical pyrotechnics surrounding July’s debt-ceiling debates, another controversy streaked across the sky like a comet, flared for an instant, then receded into the maelstrom of ongoing partisan attacks. The shooting star in question involved an exchange between two of Congress’ most controversial members, Allen West (R-Fla.) and Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.), whose regard for one another constitutes something of a congressional equivalent to how the Earps and Doc Holliday felt about the Clanton-McLaury gang at the OK Corral.
Except in this case, only one of the participants was present, and this was the problem. Their dispute, which since has reverberated through the internet, went like this: “The gentleman from Florida,” Wasserman Schultz intoned, “who represents thousands of Medicare beneficiaries … is supportive of this plan that would increase the cost for Medicare beneficiaries. Unbelievable from a member from South Florida.” That comment was too much for former Army Colonel Allen West, who responded in an email in which he stated, in part: “You want a personal fight, I am happy to oblige. You are the most vile, unprofessional, and despicable member of the U. S. House of Representatives. If you have something to say to me, stop being a coward and say it to my face, otherwise, shut the heck up.”
Obviously, Congressman West is no one to trifle with.
All of which was dismissed as another example of hyperventilated partisan bloviating….

To the cowardly DWS, all that needs to be said is that her behavior represents just one more classic example of the Left's modus operandi. Although the NAACP and other liberals have been pushing nebulous "hate speech" legislation for years, they never intended that such legislation apply to them. They only wanted to be able to label conservative speech, and assign "hidden meanings" to pictures or "code words" therein. They want to make it possible for left-wing groups to make outrageous, politically-motivated accusations about “code words,” and then express phony outrage at these perceived "insults" to their race or political sensibilities (real or contrived) and make them prosecutable. (Continued from previous post) Indeed, can anyone think of a single conservative/right-of-center issue that the Left has NOT labeled as “code” for racism or some other PC crime? Their ultimate goal is an unfettered ability to not only make accusations that damage their opponents politically but to also throw them in jail as well. And, naturally, the Left is “incapable” of such crimes. Why? Well…they just are…because being a leftist means never having to take responsibility for your personal morality or your own actions…or even say that you're sorry.

God bless one of our next President, Mr. West. The left has gotten by with everything and say what they want when they want to. Now we finally have a GOP member with some balls and the left just thinks it is horrible. Schultz must represent some of the either dumbest, or most nasty people in America, otherwise how could this head full of mush be in the House of Representatives. Never give up or in Mr. West, America is counting on you more than you know.
Allen "Kanye" West was played…he left his fellow TEA PARTY members to join Idiot Boehner on this disastrous bill. This bill did nothing for the debt. Non-Tea Party Republicans are just Liberal Democrat Lite. Tea Party members had leverage to hold out for Cut, Cap & Balance without deals. Someone got paid off.

Ms. Wasserman-Shultz is an embarrasment to the State of Florida. I am thankful I am not in her district. There was another Democrat from South Florida that just had to spout of all sorts of trash for a long time. He is no longer in Congress. Everyone was tired of his noise. Ms. WS has spouted off a lot of trash in the past. It seems everyone not agreeing with Obama is a racist. People need to fire back he is just as much white as he is black. So how can anyone be a racist? He hates his mother's race and has said so in his books. No, I don't buy them. The way I see it, Obama and Holder are the racists. Allen West is a fine gentleman. The little girl WS is a brat. Another thing about Obama, we will never know the truth of his birth certificate. But he is not an American in his thinking or his heart.
